How much to install bodykits + muffler?
ToplineAuto at burlingame, ca

they quoted me $1200 to install bodykits (front bumper, rear bumper + 2 side skirts + muffler). The labor rate is $95/hr. Assuming that the bodykit required modification, is this an acceptable rate?

The price is for installation only.

dc area labor rate is $75, so i guess its just where u live

no. that's just installation only. what do you think reasonable price to install the kits? PS: assuming the kits require modification.

Mine was also.....
About 2k for paint & install of an AMG bodykit on my 01' Sclass....It's a fare amount of work to install these kits Front & Rear bumpers & Side skirts, and if you bought a non OEM kit that needs massaging, modifying, to install that can be a lot of extra work. $1200 sounds decent if it needs mods to install....
