E55 Flint Grey/Merlot

Seat Adjustment

When I move the driver's seat up or back, the head rest raises up.
If this is not a malfunction, can anyone come up with a rationale?

It's normal.. I've never figured out why they programmed it to work that way, but it does.

The taller you are the further back the seat goes and therefore the head rest is raised.

But then why does it raise when you move the seat forward?

Because you had it adjusted lower than it thought it should be for that seat position????
