e55 steering wheel upgrade for sale

After 1 year of E55 ownership and having it in the shop for 55 days, Mercedes bought my 2004 E55 back.

I now have for sale:

Black birds eye maple steering wheel, the nice fat one from AutoWerks, perfect condition $1200 buyer pays shipping

Voice activated phone kit, including a new phone (they gave me an extra one) $1200 buyer pays shipping

Renntech rear deck spolier, black $250 buyer pays shipping

Black front bumper strips (no marker light), make me an offer

You can also email me at alix@cityvibe.com if you have any questions.

It was a great car but I was sick of going to the dealer every other week.

E55
My E55 has been in shop for over 30 days. Just curious, what was your problem and how was the deal structured to buy your car back? Are you buying another Mercedes?

Sorry to hear that alix. I have had my car for 16 months and it has never seen the shop.

Lucky you!!
Bought mine in late Aug, 2003, been in the shop many times...

1. Faulty stop lamp switch (twice)
2. Check engine light, turns out to be a faulty air pump
3. Outer passenger door handle won't open, had it replaced
4. Pull to the right, wheel alignment performed
5. A loose middle black girll, reattched..
6. SBC recall
7. Car stalled several times, they can't find the problem
8. Left exhaust sits lower than the right side, adjusted
9. Air Con blows out cold air when it's snowing outside Had to restart the car to get it back to normal... dealer can't find the problem, as usual...

Mine is a 04 with a build date of OCT 2003. I stand corrected, it did go in for the SBC recall.

You can get a brand new wheel from the manufacture for less than his asking price used. I think that part will stay in his garage for a while at that price.

All his prices are completely out of line. Nothing is priced even near market value. Maybe that spoiler is an ok deal but you still have to get the thing painted.

Haha just saw this guy puts his job title in his sig. This guys just oozes class! Not many corporate presidents see a need to throw their titles around. Then again some just like the attention. Guess we are all different.

Now that I think of it who puts their full name out on a message board? Heck while you are at it what's your home address and social?

That's pretty much right on, a tad harsh, but right on the money.

Hmmm.... what's cityvibe.com? I'm at my office now and it got blocked by my proxy. Reason: The site is categorized as SEX

Is my company's admin or indeed the OP a president of a you-know-what company?

I'll check the site out tonight at home

Don't bother. Half of the damsels look like they're about 50 years old. I don't suppose that's a problem....if you're 70.
