I honestly think this is how it's gonna go down. Right now, the E is the cash cow of Benz. I bet they will put a N/A 500+ hp motor in the 55, then bait us with the twin turbie God of Hellfire 63 for only 15-20K more. More buyers for the 55 (possible reduced price) and the guys that want 0-60 in 3.8 will be happy with the 63....or course if they have the bucks.
Not sure if I would spend 130K+ for a loaded 63? Would you guys?
Of course when the announcement comes out, I will be totally wrong, but work with me here.
Oh yeah, I was at Kleemann USA headquarters last week. The only thing they are hearing is possible twin turbs on some model of E and that was all speculation and rumor....I am sure more concrete info will come out as we get closer. Coolest line from them was "whatever they put out, we'll make faster. Don't you worry" .. pretty cool guys.

I read that the TT 6.3 was to be used in the P8 project that is on the shelf. Let us hope that either BMW or Audi gives Mercedes a reason to put that moster of an engine in the E Class!
