First year buyers are always going to be the beta-testers.
fwiw, "artico leather" is MBTex. Also a lot of those options may or may not make it to the US model. We'll have to see. But I think the W212 will be worth considering by 2013-14. By then they'll have everything sorted out. Plus the new motors and hopefully the jerk-prone MCT will be replaced by a proper DCT (like the SLS's tranny.)
