IF ANYONE HERE HAS OWNED ANY MERCEDES (BOTH AMG AND NON), YOU ALL KNOW HOW GOOD THE CAR FEELS AFTER RESETING THE ECU.
Last month my battery died and when i got the car running the ecu and adaptive tranny was reset, let me tell you the power of the car was much more responsive, the car felt like it was pushing so much extra power.
with the old sneaky ecu reset, i used to reset my old 2009 sl550 and even my old 2008 e350 once a month, just to make the car rip ***.
Does anyone here know how we can reset our adaptive tranys without taken out the battery, the sneaky method seem to not work on our evolved animals.

The only way to change the adaptive software is to do one of 2 things: reflash the ECU or drive it like you stole it. Both are not advisable.
