I emailed them 2 weeks ago and they said it would be another week. Just got email from them this week said it would be next week.

Ok, I received mine about 3-4 weeks ago. I had GMP Performance here in charlotte install it and it does not fit. one inch gap up top where diffuser meets the bumper. I have emailed sever times but no reply..
anybody else receive theirs and have a problem?

Yeah same here.... It's not the best quality. I had it installed by a reputable shop & even they were surprised. Unfortunately it is of poor quality. The hooks are exposed!! I took lots of pictures, and emailed them, however, their response was " Just cut off the pieces that are exposed"....... Really? Cut off the hooks? That's BS. What kind of response is that? So basically $900 wasted! Its my fault for thinking by buying something a bit cheaper than say Vorsteiner I'd be ok, but guess not. You pay for what you get. Unfortunately, MCD made a cheap product. Well this is the last time I'll every buy from them and will make sure to spread the word........

sorry been super busy. But i didn't notice these updates. Pat of it was that I felt bad coming on here and ripping them a new one. But since you guys didn't hold back, i guess no reason to hold back.
Yes, i had the exact same issues with fitment and with the hooks exposed.
And the quality is poor as well. It's a single layer of carbon, maybe 2, but it's WAY TOO THIN.
this is one of those ghetto parts, it looks good from a distance, but on closer inspection, it's cheap!
I guess i'm an easy going guy, i never bothered to try to get my money back. Just put it on, and left it as is.
But I would love to hear if they perhaps even made improvements to this. I would be fine with just a replacement instead of my funds back.
Not sure about you guys but I think that would be great. We could take more pictures they could potentially turn us into lovers instead of haters.

Take a look at the Euroteck Motorsports W212 E63 diffusers, looks pretty bad *** with the big fins. Fitment is on the spot. (If you guys were looking to change your diffuser)

Wow, Vorsteiner is not a cheap product. I heard some bad and good stuff about Vorsteiner from other people (No offense). But I think discoloration was caused by it being exposed near the exhaust tips? Because I can see from the pictures you posted on the other thread that the diffuser covers up pretty much all the exhaust tips on your car.
