What is the HP & TQ can I expect in W212 E63 after tune?
I know tune in C63 can give 80 crank HP (451 stock to 531 tuned), can I expect this 80HP gain in E63 (517 stock to 597 tuned) ?

No. You will get a gain with a tune but not nearly as much with the E class.

c63 amg

im not too familiar with it but i assume that because the c63 engine is a detuned m156 and the e63 is not, that you will get about the same results as the c63 so about 530-540hp depending on the tune because your just remapping the ECU

You will get around 25-30hp increase on the W212 E63.

can go up from 518 to 540-550 bhp with a really good tune, but not more.

E63 AMG 2010, Black, Pano, P2

I had OEtune and Kleeman K1 and K2 tunes and all in all you can expect anywhere from 420-430 SAE WHP on a dynojet, after the tune, while the stock dynos around 400-410 SAE WHP. So at ~20% drive line loss you can expect 530-445 crank HP in my view. These figures are based on my personal experience modding W212 E63.
