please help, bomb ticking sound
Hey guys,
I started my car today after 2 days of no usage and noticed a LOUD ticking noise coming from my engine at idle..
the sound is coming from the inside of the drivers wheel well and sounds like a bomb ticking. After 40 minutes of driving the sound was less noticeable
but present.
Is this normal, and what is it.

Perfectly normal.
Happened to me to once after not starting the car for a week. The sound went away after a few minutes of driving and haven't heard it since.
If the sound persists take it to the dealer and have them check it out.
