Traction control fully off

Can someone PLEASE clear up what I have been hearing about traction control on these AMG's? From what I hear it will re engage after just touching the brake. REALLY? That's pretty lame. Let me know how you use it, when it re engages and how much oversteer is possible with sport ESP.

Thanks guys,
Josh

Once and for all, click the ESP button once and it takes you into a limited traction control. It will still come on in certain circumstances.

Click and hold the ESP button and it will turn off the trac control completely. Drift as you please!

Ok cool, but last question. I have heard that hitting the brake engages traction control after one has turned it fully off, is this true? If so, is it only re enaged while hitting the brake or do you have to turn it off again? sounds like sport mode will probably work for me.

Braking does.... NOT re-engage the traction control.

80% of the time I drive with Traction Control completely off. Lots of fun, and no, like mentioned above, it does not engage back when you hit your breaks...

I drive in sport handling mode almost all the time. I find it makes the manual mode transmission shifting much crisper as well as the handling. The Base setting is way to invasive and cuts power at the worst times
