I'm looking to test drive the E63's this weekend and it will likely be at a non-MB dealer. So they probably won't know what all the settings do. I'm sure I could figure it out, but just wanted some feedback.
What are the correct settings to get maximum "fun" out of the car? And is the suspension adjustable as well? What does the AMG button do?
I would put the transmission on sport plus if you want the fastest shifts and then put the suspension on the firmest setting (all lights lit up). The AMG button allows you to store your favorite settings and recall them with a touch of a single button.

All of the above and, if its not raining, press the ESC Sport button once so that the yellow light comes on in the left part of the dash. This will allow for the full compliment of TQ. Be careful not to press the button for more than two seconds as that will take off the traction control entirely.
I drive in ESC Sport daily (soft push of the button) and you can clearly tell the difference in the car from with it on vs off. When the grounds are wet I would not use this feature though.
