I'd have to go digging through my notes to see what my CPA said about that. I just thought maybe yours said no the lease because how the usage of the vehicle was seen. Ultimate all up to the CPA. I know someone who someone is writing off both of his car notes and all my research points to that not being valid but guess it only becomes an issue if he is ever audited.

True. You can write off whatever you want, but the risk is getting audited.

Just have to check the tax book, which might allow write off on one item if you don't write off on another. As long as you follow all the regulations as stated in the tax book, then you should be okay. But of course the tough part is all the fine prints and brain-boggling terminologies.
