Any chance they will offer the E63 TT V8 in the coupe offering? I would imagine that since the coupe is supposed to be the CLK replacement, there should be an AMG model in the works.

I think its pretty much a guarantee that we will see a E63 coupe in a couple years.
Just wondering how many sedan buyers here would have taken an E63 coupe over the sedan if it was offered today?

Not this buyer.
4 doors and AWD were mandatory for this buy.

I (plus one other person I know) would buy an E63 convertible. I wonder how many more? Most likely more than those of us who purchase E63S wagons.

We probably will in a few years. Right now the C and E coupe are pretty much the same car. When the next E debuts the coupe will not be built on the C chassis again, but on the proper E chassis.

I bought a C63 because there was no E63 coupe, and I'd order one immediately if it became available - that said if the 4matic was available at the time of purchase I may have been swayed and am still considering ordering a '15 model even though I'm not a fan of sedans.
We will indeed see an E63 coupe in the next gen body that will coming in a few years! there was an article way back that Benz stated that they missed an opportunity by not making an E63 coupe! All i know is that i will be a buyer when it comes!

Not me, either. I like the versatility of 4 doors. Performance is likely going to be the same but insurance premium sure will go up for the coupe.
