maximum hp and tq from n/a e63
i live in the UK where there mercedes is not really modified that often, people over here tend to spec the cars how they want them and then leave it. in america you guys cant seem to get enough hp and are constantly pushing for more power
thats why i like this site lol.anyway, i would like to know whats the most that can be extracted from the n/a 6.2 engine in the w212? i know about the tuning companies but is there anybody here that has gotten more than 500 lb ft from this engine and how was it acheived?
i dont have an e63 but it is the next car im looking at right now(or c63) and due to the state of the eurozone amg cars seem to be going for really good deals. can anyone help me? thanks in advance

The BPU's that would have the greatest impact would be:
ECU
Headers
Exhaust
I really dont know too many people that have done this on W212 NA 63's... I would think you be close to 590 crank hp and tq would be in the low to mid 500's since the N/A cars start lower. Im sure with cams and a few other tweaks you could have a 600hp crank car.
Keep in mind dynos are not equal and easily manipulated- my numbers are guestimates based on average gains...
