New 2012 E63 goes 7.71, 60-130!! New WR
Hey Guys,
Since I know many of you are performance junkies I thought I would let you know that a new world record was set. The new E63 5.5 TT went 7.71 60-130 and thats quick! As fas as I understand it has down pipes, full exhaust, filters, and tune. It was modified by MHP and is posted and verified by "six speed on line" and Dragtimes. Thats quite the success for only being out a short time. Congrats to all involved!!
If I was considering changing platforms I think this is the direction to take.

I know many have had their differences with Andy on this forum (including myself), but can't contest that MHP definitely puts out performance proven products. Not surprised to see them already ahead of the rest on the new M157 platform.
Congrats to Andy and his team!
Keith, any details regarding the conditions, slope, weight reduction, etc at time of run?

The graph is on dragtimes and I'm sure there's more on their website but there was less than 1% decline slope I believe. The temps were in the 60's. I believe thats it.
