Fastest stock E63 times?
Hey went to the track tonight with my '12 E63 non-pp %100 stock besides res delete. Ran a 11.9 @ 118. Wanted to see what others are running. With and without performance pkg

That's very fast! Did you use race start? Please provide us with all info (tire pressure etc and a time slip if possible.)

I did use Racestart. I didn't mess with the tire pressure i think they were at 38psi. it was 82 degrees and it was in at Famoso Raceway heres the time slip

Omg, I was planning to take my near stock non-PP 2012 E63 out to Famoso last night too, but ended up too tired to make the drive. Where you located? We should try to meet up and attend their next friday night event on 9/21.

Great run by the way, especially for the warm conditions. I hope mine is as quick. Want to get baseline in before I get a tune.

Im in Bakersfield so the track is only around 20 miles away from me. so yea lets meet up for the next one. also the car was very hot during this run gauge was showing 215 before the run

How many people showed up last night? Was it packed with long staging lines? Is your car heavily optioned or did you go strippy like me to keep the weight down (no Pano roof, etc)?

it was pretty packed. and yea mines only has distronic i think no pano roof.
have you taken yours to the track at all?

Nope, haven't taken the new car down the quarter mile yet. Car only has 1800 miles, and just put my Weistec filters in a couple days ago. Steve at Weistec recommended I make some baseline passes, then come back to try out the Weistec tune to see how much the times improve.

I can already tell the E63 is going to put my best performance with the old C63 to shame. With cooler weather and a tune, I hope to break 10's at Famoso.

You planning to get a tune? If so, from which vendor?

Yea i really want a tune. thinking about going to the dyno day eurocharged is doing in LA in nov.
