2014 E63 lease prices
I am debating leasing new 2014 E63 what will the lease prices look like and how much down will be needed. How about on a 92k car and a 99k S model?
Will it be more than 5k down and $1100 per month?

No one knows until they delivery the first cars in the US so we can see the Money factor offered by MB financial and the residual value they have set. Until we have those #'s, it truly is a guess. But...based on numbers from 2012 and 2013 I am guessing to get your monthly payment to $1100 per month, you will have to put a significant amount down which is typically not advised on a lease.
Most lease gurus will recommend putting NO $$ down on a lease besides the required acquisition fee and 1st months payment and deposit.
Can't wait to see what the numbers are like, but I doubt we will know until at least August, if not September.

I am leasing an S model and expecting a lease price of @$1300 a month with $3500 down 10k miles a year. I am purchasing the car for a grand over invoice which will help get me to that payment.

I know in September the best numbers were 61% residual for 36 months and 10k miles with best MF being 0.00185 if you did electronic automatic monthly billing. Don't know October. Maybe Vic55 will have that info.

I was hoping to order AMG for below invoice for delivery close to spring / summer. I have been told there is 7% on the MSRP to invoice and additional 5% holdback.

in September, I was offered 56% residual on 36/36 lease. And the money factor was .00245.
Returning many time MBFS customer.
I don't buy money at ~6% in 2013. So I passed on the lease offer.

Yes this is true---- holdback depends on if the MBZ center has the upgraded MBZ building and signage. If it doesnt then holdback is 3.5%. If it does then its 5.5%.

Vic, since you live in OC like me... would the one next to SNA airport qualify for MBZ building and singage? Have you heard of anyone able to negotiate below invoice yet for this car?

You mean Fletcher? They are absolute an upgrade so they have the 5.5% holdback. As for invoice or below; not yet as the allocations are not strong so the dealers are getting all the money. If you want one just wait about 60-90 days as production rolls in. First in pays the most which I do usually cause I like to get a car when I want a car!!!!!!!!
