I ordered designo light brown but was hesitating with amaretto... I might change my order! I took piano black trim but i saw dark ash wood in person and looks pretty good so i might delete the black piano. Black car with amaretto should be sick!

the amaretto's contrast with black should be pretty sweet. Checkout the rear seat in the pics. I like how the black runs down the middle

I originally really wanted piano black trim, but it wasnt available when I ordered so I got the black ash. I am glad I chose the black ash, not only does it look great, but almost every person has complimented how nice and perfect it "fits" the interior. Its weird. Of all the awesome things about the car, thats one of the first things everyone points out. as for the amaretto, its way too loud for me. I would be sick of that in a month, I also really dont care for the wood colored interior. It doesnt match in my opinion but its not my car...soooooo

I'm also not into the bright woody trims. I also have black ash in mine and it does look really good. From a distant, it's dark enough to be almost piano black. Up close, the the grain and texture under the thick lacquer is just fabulous. It just oozes pure class to this vehicle. On the other hand, piano black is pretty much indistinguishable from black plastic up close.
CF is cool, but once you have seen a section, you have seen them all. With the black ash, I still from time to time look closely around me at all the different grains under the lacquer when I was waiting in the car. It's awesome. Man, I should have that in my living room.

yeah ill have to call on monday, i think ill stick with the ash. I could buy a set used down the road for less the 2k they want for it now
btw do any of you guys know if they offer a carbon fiber spoiler on the E, i just drove a 4matic S model CLS today that had one as an option

i agree with you there, not sure how the carbon package will look, i saw it on a white car in detroit and it didnt look bad. down the road ill ask mics pieces like the mirror covers and spoiler at some point but that will be it
