will decide after Iraq
no but seriously, i guess it is a little unfair in some respect as the mercs is a 4wd, but then again....thats too bad for the bimmer, they dont offer it and thats not our problem
what i dont think i understood was with dyno numbers.....for instance my car on a dyno jet put down 501/540 to the wheels and ive seen alot of m5's put down around 530/500 to the wheels on the same dyno
2. Lieberman's talking about the numbers was sketchy, esp considering THAT particula M5 dyno doesn't reflect what the engine makes nor what goes to the wheels when car is on blacktop

also, the new AMG appears on first glance like a Hyundai/Kia chimera.... not sure if it's an improvement over it's predecessor's Honda Accord inspired front fascia

BMW M5's used to be the undisputed king of sports sedans. AMG's were typically straight line killers but now being considered the "driver's car" in canyon driving over the M5 is impressive to say the very least, even if just by a couple of guys.
