'12 E63 Wagon
I recently bought a 2012 wagon. I searched and found:

- Tire usage: the car eats rear tires very quickly. Every 10-20k miles.
- Rear air suspension: My '76 450SEL 6.9 had air suspension issues. Apparently they havent been solved in 36 years.
- Sedan panoramic roof: Lots of strange issues, but I havent heard wagons having the issues.
- General expense of repairs: nothing that can't be mitigated with a MB extended warranty... I chose 7yr/135k miles for approximately $3500 (see threads about calling Erin)

Then enjoy... The cars are really incredible. I still pinch myself all the time.

2012 E63 P30
MY ride is a 2012, P30. I have 23,000 on it and it it has been terrific. New tires all around at 18000. It isn't an inexpensive car to own, but a lot of cost will depend on how hard you drive it. I am still on original brake pads with plenty left to go.

The 19 inch wheel are soft, so keep them off of curbs and be careful when taking them off the car .

I haven't had any Panorama roof issues like some have. The car is noting short of incredible. I am also blessed to have a great dealer relationship, and they are always looking out for the car and keep it in great running condition.

Feel free to ask any questions, I'm, glad to help.

everything is expensive. brake pads alone were $750 for just the parts. i dropped them in myself. too cheap to pay another $700 in labor
