2010 to 2011 Differences

Is there any noticeable difference between these years?

I really want a 2011 but might have to settle for a 2010

FF. W212 E63 M156 non-pano 18" P2 ParkT NightV (gone but will be missed).
Not really. But you do get faux MBTex on the dash, alcantara headliner, and that shiny black color scheme around the shifter. And there is the slight less likelihood of having the headbolts problem for the engine. I think that's about it.

Does the 14 have real leather on the dash? It appears, feels different then my 13. It's smoother, so are the seats...

It does, according to many replies on this forum. However, I can't recall whether it's only with Model S or not. IMO, I would rather have the MBTex due to its increase durability especially on sun-prone areas.
