2 things.
1. Very few wagons.
2. Don't know of any sways for the E63 sedan, let alone the wagon.
Only suspension mods I am aware of are springs or sleeve kit for front and module or links for rear.
Good luck.

i cant believe nobody makes them for an e63 sedan..
im sure the rear sway bar on the sedan and wagon are the same.
so again hard to swallow that not one company would do it.

There not aggressive enough. The car rolls all over the place. The front springs might help a bit. But in all the audi wagons I ever had I always put a bigger bar in the rear to keep the body roll down back there. The module won't help that.

90 W212 E63 wagons in registry on web for '12-'13-'14 in US
German company most likely to build, ergo TUV testing. $$$
Profit at best 150-200/unit.
Sales projection 10-15% max. so US maybe 10-12 units so for whopping $2000-2500 profit for entire run, minus TUV testing costs?
Irresistable business case.![hammer](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/bonk.gif)
It's a wagon that weighs 4400. It rolls some. Gravity, a law we can live with.

It doesn't need to be wagon specific. I bet the rear sway bar on a sedan is exactly the same as on the wagon. In fact I'd like to confirm that. There's no way they put a different bar on the very few as you say wagons.
So the market is larger then just wagons.
So searching for sedan sways as well.

There are several aftermarket companies out there that will custom-bend you a swaybar to your specifications.
If you can provide them with the factory bar (I'm assuming its a one-piece bent style) to use as a template they should be able to replicate it in a larger diameter bar material....
As I'm sure you know, a few extra mm of diameter would make a massive difference in bar stiffness.
I'm not sure where you are located, but a quick Google search found shops in So. Cal and Florida that appear to be the "real deal". You'll probably have to do all the legwork yourself, but it should be possible to get a custom one-off rear bar made.

not that i think i would do it but tech had an idea to
There is actually plenty of room. then connecting it to that inner hole would improve it a bit. but then i read somewhere that the air bags in the rear have sensors that also react to help stabilize body roll with air.. can anyone else confirm this?
anyhow that's about as far as id go. getting that bar out is a nightmare!
