Added a qtr at about 900 mi, car is asking for another one at 1250 mi. Is this normal?

I used to have E60&E39 M5s and none of them used this much oil. Have not changed my driving style, especially not pushing the new engine...

You guys are talking about engine oil right ?

Based on what you guys are saying -you never need to get engine oil changed since it keeps

getting replaced by the new oil you pour in. All you'll need would be oil filter.

Or is it during certain time period (break in ?) or am I missing something ?

My 13 needed oil every month or so...but the '14 has needed none...

my 2012 e63amg stays right up there on level, I change it every 7500 miles and it's not down at all.

driving the car hard, after break in, will consume oil, does not seem like a major thing.........if your car does not ask for more, it may just be not be getting driven hard enough

I do tend to drive the car fairly easy. I plan on having this car as a long term keeper and want it to last. When I want a little entertainment I have a 1968 GTO with a built up 454 and have fun with that car every now and then. Love that girl in you lower photo, very nice breasts.

I agree, I can't pay my 2012 P30 to use any......just saying....
I did expect some consumption, but so far none between changes and I am at 22000 miles......
