I have a full size truck, but this is so much more fun to drive long distances...

(also, there's a bike on top too, behind the box.) The way-way back mostly belongs to the dobie, Steve.

Nice.

That should be an advertisement.

Any man trying to sell his wife on a e63 should be shown this picture

Great shot and beautiful family... Does the wife let you drive fast with the whole franchise on board?

do any of your kids still require carseats or boosters? if so, how do you have it set up?

Im a pretty tame driver in the E63 except for some occasional straight-line hoonery. We have on-ramp lights here that come on to squash traffic flow, and those provide a drag strip that is irresistible.

Occasionally someone tries to cut me off or close the door once I put my signal on, and I suddenly apply rental car rules. Those moments tend to irritate my wife, but they are pretty infrequent here in Portland, the land of polite.

Other than that I'm 10-over adaptive cruise all the time.

Evenflo convertible for the 3yo in the middle, Graco booster on each side. They occasionally struggle to latch the belts with the lack of room between them all, but its not a big deal. The Rear-DVD/video game system incentivizes sitting back there.

Yeah, bought a roll of matte black vinyl (3"?) and cut it in half. While I did do the job myself, I wasn't exactly perfect at it, and either I'd take more time next time or have someone else do it.

Next, applying a tinted clearcoat to the badges, grill, and door handles.
