Is there a company in the US that actively sells European/ROW parts? Is there a website with a listing of parts available in a searchable format?

Word of caution...I just got the Euro spec tail lights for my '14 Wagon and they DO NOT fit. The wiring harness and plugs are completely different. Now I'm stuck trying to modify the harness/buy a euro harness and plugs or be stuck with some very nice looking paperweights. Has anyone else run into this?
