Were the lower armrest trim pieces on the door panel easy to install? Did it require the door panel to come off, or can they just pop out?

i drive them all, fast and hard
Just pull out

Start at the hinge side, wedge a tool underneath the trim, and then gently but firmly pull. It's a little scary in beginning but the plastic tabs are with in metal clips which might slide off the plastic. No big deal, just grab a needle nose plier and grab them.

FF. W212 E63 M156 non-pano 18" P2 ParkT NightV (gone but will be missed).
First time is always the most difficult. I bet if you can have vdubpower over at your place, all the panels would off in a matter of minutes, if not seconds.
