Power folding mirrors can be retrofitted without too much effort. It's about ~1,200 USD in parts which consists of the motors and new window switch panel. I was inquiring about this retrofit with MBenzNL who does all sorts of retrofits and can source us the European parts from the Netherlands and provide instructions on how to install the parts. Luckily for me, I learned that the 2015 E and CLS will finally be offered with power folding mirrors in the US.

Does that kit make them Auto folding when the car is turned off?

From what I understand there's some coding that needs to be done to the car when you install them but it shouldn't be too difficult if you've got a tech that knows what they're doing. The short answer, yes you can get the auto folding when the car is turned off.
