The Tesla should have known better
Ok it was a setup but we still attempted the race. My father took his new P85 model s on a rolling start to the highway with my wagon in the front. I hit the gas starting at about 5 MPH and he never had a chance. I got a call a minute later and heard 'boy you were gone and I had my foot to the floor' Boy I love global warming!

for a 100k+ (prior to discounts) car.. it's boring... but not bad for a brand new company designing a brand new car...
instant torque is pretty sweet (tesla)... nothing a CVT or AT or MT can ever achieve...

Nice!
I am not a Tesla fan at all. The design is boring, the interior is boring and the performance can be easily matched. Also if you can spend that much on a car then you can buy gas and should not complain about it. It has one of the worst layout interiors ever and the giant IPad in the middle is ugly. I am not against the Electric car for normal inexpensive cars for people on a budget but please do not make a Performance car with one speed and no driving experience and try to sell it to me as a 4 Door Sports car. Ill take the 996 instead...
