850-hp E63 AMG Kicks the Competition Square in the Nuts
Unless you want a swift kick to the nuts, never, EVER, try to challenge a Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG S 4MATIC to a drag race. The 25 characters that make up the car's full name should be an indicator this bahnstormer is a lot to handle.
What do the drivers of a 720-horsepower BMW M6, a 530-hp Audi TT RS and an 850-hp C6 Corvette ZR1 have in common? It took them all about 20 seconds to experience a full-fledged ego death.

The Renntech power mods are all available for a wagon I believe. Renntech has done up an E63 wagon with them and it is unbelievable. I have seen it at Renntech's HQ in Lake Park, Florida. The sound of that wagon shakes the ground.

The cost of a Renntech turbo upgrade with parts, labor, the necessary Renntech ECU tune (which unlike AMS is not included in the turbo upgrade), and the highly recommended mods with it (downpipe and sport mufflers) is somewhere around $25k. To me, $25k in mods on a $100k car is not a deal breaker in terms of costs. I fantasize about getting it but will be buying my car and using it as a daily driver and am too concerned about long term durability. I want the motor/tranny to last at least 100k miles.

Not to take away anything from Vasily's car, but Aziz's Stage 3++ C63 got some upgrades and is now pulling on the E63 uptop! You can watch all his videos on youtube. Supervasily1 is his username?

Yes I did see those videos now that I can think about it. My guess is Vasily and Renntech will respond with more power. Can't wait to see what the response is.

That is great results for AMG but I would be concerned about longevity as well since I daily drive my car.

I always love when the 830hp car beats a 720hp car. Like we are all surprised in some way? Line up the 830hp Brabus next to the 830hp Renntech and lets see a real race. Until then comparisons are worthless, kinda like saying look a UGR stage 3 Lambo just beat a tuned E63S.
