Snow tire decision time!
Okay guys, living in the northeast, one must decide if it makes any sense to get the O.E. staggered factory size snows, or get 4 of the front sized ones. There is a wider variety of brands in the front size available if you hate the Pirellis which I definitely do.

Obviously, snowy traction is much better with narrower, but then handling suffers for the other 97% of the time that the roads are dry.

Question: how serviceable is the E63 S with the staggered snows in actual north country snow? Think I will order today but having significant internal debate on this one. Thoughts

No need to recreate the wheel with another E63S snow/winter tire thread.

Neither of those answered my questions. Looking for people with actual experience on the Pirelli staggered set up to speak up...
