As some who has had two Infinitis I thought that they could never get the suspension right. When they go for performance I've always found their suspensions to be rockhard with no compliance at all. AMG and BMW M get the suspension thing a lot better.
Personally if I were cross shopping the E63S I'd be cross shopping it against the M5. But no harm in checking out the Infiniti rocket when it comes out.

Just won't have that build quality and feel of the Benz. Will be something to consider though

Car came in yesterday and finally was able to pick it up. An absolute work of art this car is. Truelly stunning. Some iPhone picks from last night, weather is bad here so couldn't get better ones, Initial impressions coming from a c63 507, is lower end torque is a bit less than the beasty 6.2, but still sounds and feels amazing. I actually like the sound of this engine and turbos better, smoother and more mature sounding. The ride itself is awesome. I have never felt a car with this type of suspension. Very impressive and kind of cool how you have all the adjustability.
Some nice perks of the 15 that I didn't even know I was getting with this model, parktronic is standard feature, and the parking sensors. Folding rear view mirrors, there is an auto truck feature when you put your foot under the car to open and auto close the truck, and the driver seat has a back massager with all kinds of different adjustability.
All in all I am still in nonbelief I have this car. The 507 C63 was an awesome car, but was basically a race car, this is a true all around car. Happy with the change.
Only complaints I have is, with the night package, I don't get why they wouldn't black out the grill and give a black painted spoiler to keep the flow of the package. the silver grill just doesn't flow with the package.

That unicorn eau rouge ... I guess it's a consideration but it's a smaller car... Will probably be wicked fast based on godzilla's engine and awd platform ... More reliable downstream? It's a Nissan after all

And I am sure AMS will work wonders with the engine tuning and aftermarket parts as they have for the GTR powertrain.

Probably wouldn't be called Eau Rouge anymore. I have heard Nissan is getting sued for trying to trademark the famous bend from Spa-Francorchamp.
Nice car there from the OP, BTW.

Whatever they call it, according to this article, they have a ways to go... I wouldn't want this car in its first year on the market...
