I'm picking up a 2011 E63 this weekend that will have about 2 more weeks of factory warranty. It seems the factory warranty takes care of certain things an extended warranty won't. I tried to search but wasn't finding exactly what I was looking for on this. Could someone explain the difference in coverage? I understand the battery is covered and it seems like trim is as well. Isn't trim a wearable item? Not sure I understand that? And then it seems rattles and squeaks are covered as well? I can just make a list of any squeaks and rattles and bring it in for them to fix? I don't hear that well in the middle frequencies, but squeaks and rattles are like scraping a chalkboard for me.
Thanks

Have to expand the sections to see what's covered. I was told trim was not covered by a service advisor.
