i have gotten used to how to engage the throttle on the mct and my foot has "memory" for how to do it and never have a problem Ymmv

never had an error with sprint booster personally... Some users had traction/esp issues with the booster , vrod had this and he documented it in a thread

Mine does this bad, I am reading and quests there is no fix? I press gas lightly in s+ and it starts jerking and I have to totally let off and give it allot of gas. Or just drive slow and look like an idiot jerking.

Crazy my GTR and Viper are so smooth

I occasionally get the jerking in my SLK. It's not really predictable and is very irritating when it does happen. I am guessing it has to do with the traction control. I have only had it happen when accelerating through a turn from a stop, but it doesn't happen consistently.

key is that when you let off gas you need to give it a second to engage the wet clutch and then tip into the accelerator

if you're racing someone key is to brake torque/stall the car to get excellent immediate launch

Peter - so which sprintbooster did you buy for your E63 amg S? They list one E63 product specific for the 2010 year vehicle and also a 2009-2015 E-class option so was not sure which to purchase.

http://www.sprintboostersales.com/sp...?make=Mercedes

I have one on my c32 and love the heightened throttle response on the Green Setting. Red is too much but green is perfect.

I'm finally picking up my 2015 E63 AMG S in Steel grey this friday from motor works barrington that i just bought as a CPO vehicle. I absolutely noticed on the test drive when driving it in S+ mode this throttle lag issue which is as described in all these posts.

The W212 E63 a exceptional machine dont get me wrong, but I do find it strange that my 13 year old c32 with sprintbooster has a more sensitive throttle feel from a slow rolling start or stop, compared to a much more modern and advanced machine that is the E63. regardless i'm excited to get my hands on the car this friday and learn its personality

This is the bottom of the box if that helps, if it doesn't I can hunt the email down from my sales receipt to find out exactly which one. I faintly recall having to email the company because I had the same question and I think they told me to get the 2014 E class sprint booster

E 63S Wagon Renntech, E55 Renntech, SL65, SL 55 030, ML, bunch of old ones--they come, they go...
I've had both..

For me, no question,PBox all day long...perfection? No, but a good sized leap and a little more adjustment..
