E 63 S on order
Hi All,
Dealer sent me "build date third week of April". I'm assuming its this week. Does anyone know how long it takes after being built? I'm hoping for mid May. Thanks

Order was in before I got to dealer, in Feb. I was able to make some changes. Here is my order:

Nice car, love diamond silver (had a CLK55 Cabrio that color) and CCB a must 
As for a delivery timeframe, mine was built on 10/10/14 and I picked it up 11/8/14 just outside NYC (the car actually arrived a few days earlier, maybe the 5th or so). Hope that helps give you an idea.

Once your car is on the boat your dealer can get you the name of the ship and you can follow it on marinetraffic.com.

Don't be surprised if your car has already been built. Call the dealer. My car was built first week of Jan. and got to Baltimore port on Jan 24.

Yes, there was some confusion with the dealer. He called me after we configured the car with 5 spokes, that they were on restraint and I couldn't get them. Then I switched to the black rims and night styling. He e-mailed me that he would try to get them. a week later he e-mailed that he got them. I went out of town for Easter. When I came back I called him to review the order, thinking I had till early May for the order to be accepted by MB. He told me it was already accepted and I couldn't make changes. So it was partially my fault for waiting till I got back in town. I still think it will look good...

Yes, the order was accepted by MB almost a month sooner then originally planned. Build was supposed to be mid-May and it was finished by the third week in April. Thanks

Once built allow 7-14 days to get on boat, 14 days on the boat (to Halifax), add days depending on where you are. Then transit at vpc and to the dealer (another 7-14 days...).
Once your car is on the boat your dealer can get you the name of the ship and you can follow it on marinetraffic.com.

So I guess it's coming in through Brunswick, GA. Dealer is suppose to let me know when it arrives in GA. Thanks
