has anyone here had lemon law done?
if so, what was the process and whom did you contact at mbusa, or was your service adviser and manager were involved.

Yes and no - I threatened lemon law and qualified for it in Illinois but never needed to officially pull the trigger. I independently arbitrated two back to back buybacks last year without any lawyers and my greatest advocate was my service manager.
