When I will need replacement it will be Mich PSS 265-35-19 front and 295-30-19 rear
Up 10mm wider front and back, keeping the same difference in dia, front to back than stock.

Guys, I don't see what the big fuss is about trying to keep the front and back rolling diameter difference the same as the factory. All these cars with awd are programmed with a 2-3% tolerance. By going 255/35 and 295/30 ILO the stock 255/35 and 285/30 the difference actually decreases from 1.2% to 0.2%. Another way to look at this is if you look at the manual to see what MB recommends for winter tires, it is a square 255/35 front and back setup, which means no rolling difference. I would think that if a 1.2% and 0% difference are both recommended by MB, why wouldn't a 0.2% difference work as well?
I have had Michelin PSS tires in 255/35 and 295/30 mounted on some HRE wheels for 10 months they have performed flawlessly. However, I did have to order the rear wheels as a 19x10 instead of the stock 19x9.5 size to decrease the tire bulge. I believe there are plenty of forum members who have installed the 295/30 tire on the stock wheels and have not heard any complaints.

It seems this must be MBs first foray into 4wd and if we go by some of the posts on this thread, they really suck at it and are as fragile as they come
