AMG Button not working

When I push the AMG button, the car stays in "C" mode but does change the suspension.
Is there a setting on the dash display that I may inadvertently changed which prevents AMG mode? The engine is in the correct temperature range for AMG mode.

Your insight is appreciated.

The amg button is like the memory seat function, once you adjust your c-s-s+-M mode, your suspension stiffness, you then hold the amg button and it saves your settings.

There is no such thing as an "AMG Mode" on these cars. As Mixedfruits noted, the AMG button is merely a memory button to store whatever settings you want.

In the AMG menu, select your suspension and transmission mode and then each time you press the AMG but moving forward you will achieve these settings. Somehow you set the comfort mode suspension and transmission to the AMG menu.
