Acceleration on 2012 E63
My 2012 E63 with performance pack cannot and will not spin the rear wheels.....at all. It's weird how my E55 could roast the tires at will but the Biturbo takes off like a normal E350.
Yes for those who ask, I had the traction control completely disabled. I even brake torqued and barely got a whimper from the rear wheels.
Is that what others are getting? I am new to the Biturbo
Edit: Are others getting any wheelspin just stomping the gas in the 2012/2013 E63 biturbo? I live at sea level with Temps in the 70s this week. You won't find a whole lot better environment for cars than here and now.

Not for certain, but it could be the LSD. My spun on factory setup and with my upgrades, I can light them up through 5 gear. Almost like double clutching the manual transmission on the old school mustangs.

Maybe this turbo boost problem is entirely related and you're not generating the torque

Maybe it's normal because my car is the same way, yet I can still run a 12.2 in the quarter mile so I'm not complaining. I think a lot of it depends on the tires. When I got the car it had mostly worn out Continental 5p tires and they would light up at will. Then I switched over to Bridgestone Pole Position S04 tires and the car just plants when I get on it with no wheelspin even with traction control off like yours.

That's odd. I believe tire has some to do with the wheel spin, but when I had my old Perelli tires, they light up pretty easy and with the 2 month old Michelin pilot sport, I can still smoke the tires, just not as long. In MS mode and traction off, I am able to get some wheel spin up to 5th gear.

What is your trap speeds at that 12.2? I could do a 12.2 with my old 55 stock...
I'm taking it in this week to check out the turbo performance code that comes on from time to time, after which it's going on a dyno to confirm that I do have 550bhp.
What are the P30 performance pack guys getting on the dyno anyways?

My stock P30 was smoking tires without the tune. I would suggest bring up to 39-40psi on the tires. Do you have the stock wheels and tires?

2 - Push the gas pedal all the way to the floor (past the click point) and hold it there for a minimum of 5 seconds.
3 - Still keeping the pedal all the way down, return the key to the off/"0" position.
4 - After the key is in the "0" position you can let the pedal up.
5 - Stay in the vehicle (don't open any doors/windows and leave the radio off) for 2 minutes. You should hear something whirring from the dash when it's done.

Thanks guys for all your help, problem solved. Vacuum hose to one of the turbo's was disconnected disabling the wastegate. Dealer hooked it back up and tires lit up right away.
Dealer will be sending ecu off for Renntech tune after I get back from out of the country, should make things a bit more interesting
