I don't think R888 would have helped my time at Atco. I was launching with little to no wheelspin because the ECU just not let me launch at RPMs high enough to provoke wheelspin. It was the complete opposite experience with my Porsche 991 Turbo S where I could've used R888s badly because that car will let you launch at maximum power -- which if you are tuned to a level is high as I am (which is like 700 hp) provokes massive wheelspin with street tires even on a prepped track

Have you considered the RS7 with a tune? I've seen them run lighting fast 1/4 times for tune only.

What times do you want the car to run?
I'm trying to get low 10s solid mid 10 seconds . I'll build the transmission it no a big deal . Yes I looked at RS 7 , and still deciding in between the two .. Sounds like I need to start new topic

also if you are running 11.0 @ 127 then you are faster than the fastest s6 on dragtimes of 11.36 @ 126 mph, by A LOT as he was at -1800 DA and you say you are at +4400 so that would equate your time at sea level to 10.7 @ 130 mph, which is faster than most tuned RS7's.... your time for your mods sounds off.... sure youre not running nitrous?

10.5 , I'm sure I can make Benz faster , a lot faster , I'm asking my self if should I now, there is so many things involved . MB depretiation , look , maintenance cost , new E63 coming pretty soon , few month , I'm assuming the price of M157 will go down , I'll get me a Benz sooner or later I want go faster , and benz is more expencive also , plus go fast parts , a lot more exspencive . But yes you right it can be done

well in the looks department that's why i choose the e63 over the rs7 as its rear is so ugly to me.... now if the v10TT rs6 was made available in north america, as opposed to europe only, then i would probably be driving that now instead of the e63

S6 look way better then rs7 , and RS 7 is way expansive yet , to get one with low miles $95-100k , mb has more tuning options

audi didnt want to get the north american emissions certifications at the time as they were more strict and it was a big twin turbo v10, so they made it a european only model
