remove your stock pieces and send to matt, he will do u right, at a fraction of DB cost, or macarbons cost
the ebay link is good for non amg cars, as the middle sections wont fit, and the AC surround is also different
doors and top dash is interchangeable, not the armrest, gear surround, ashtray, side moldings or ac surround,
best way to do this by removing your stock parts....you will save alot of money

FWIW DB Carbon is good stuff. Over the past year I have bought 3 times from them for my 997. I replaced all the factory plastic pieces with Carbon Fiber (center console tunnel, door handles, overhead console, chrono housing, door triangles, ignition surround, entry sills). Delivery usually took a few weeks as they make most pieces to order. Communication was great. It is not 100% match to the weave on the Porsche carbon fiber pieces, but you'd only notice if they are side by side and look VERY closely. I have oem CF shifter and brake handle and they are nearly identical. Here are some pictures.

I really dont want to send my trim and not get it back in a reasonable time.
read the reviews on Yelp
the Db Carbon customer service over the phone and email has been great, plus they use OEM parts and make the carbon fiber peices without sending my pieces to them
yes price is higher(although i didnt get a price from Ocarbon yet), i wonder if O carbon can do the same, order the parts and see what they can do since they are in the US

There should be some core exchange program where they have one ready to ship and you send them your current one. Who wants to send in their parts and wait so long without a trim on their car? For many of us, this is our daily driver... can't go driving around with no trim

I found a local vinyl installer who can wrap the interior trim pieces in this new carbon fiber vinyl that has more depth (looks just like the real stuff). He removes all of the trim in the car and wraps it.
Here's an example of it applied on a BMW (this is not my guys work):
