Rear End wobble Under Hard Throttle at Higher Speeds - Please Help

Having a rear end side-to-side wobble When jumping on the throttle at higher speeds. It sways about 2 to 4 inches at a cyclic rate of about 1 second per wobble.
Today I had a guy trying to get me to go on the freeway and I finally gave in. Just a straight up drag race. With pedal floored at about 110mph to 120mph the wobble became to scary. I was forced to back off. The wobble stopped immediately when throttle was let off. This pretty much takes any kind of wheel balance out of the question.
It seems it must have something to do with the rear axle, or the rear suspension, or a combination of both.
I also have new PSS tires on the rear, but the old stock Continentals did this too.
This problem seems to have developed in the last few weeks. I have punched in the past up to 130 or 140 with no issue. Something is clearly wrong now though.
Any of you guys see any other posts with this issue, besides one that I did a few days ago that wasn't very clear?
I gotta believe this has been experienced by others at some point. I have never really felt anything like this in any car I have driven to include my old W210 E55.
Sorry to hear about this. I would stop driving you E63 until you get it fix. Call MB road side assistant and have them tow it to your local dealer and have them trace the problem. If it's too expensive to get it fix at the dealer, at lease you know what the problem is and maybe have a Indy shop fix it. Sounds dangerous.
