Just installed mine! I can say the amount of volume that it increases the airbox is mind boggleing.
Couple that with how much of my factory filter was actually being used and the better flowing filter I cant see how this will not help.

Looking at the picture of the intake system installed. Is there a way to raise the ecm so it is flush to the engine cover to look more like a stock engine?

So I installed this and believe I am noticing an increase in performance and (desirable) exhaust noise. From that standpoint it's a win. However it's a cosmetic disaster... the engine cover is pinched in and bows upward (middle clips no longer stay latched), and the ECU is like an inch underneath it. Is there nothing than can be done to improve this?
UPDATE: I "unpinched" the middle clips on the engine cover to provide better grip and they actually stay put. It looks a LOT better now, the engine cover is no longer "bowed". There is still a small gap between the ECU and the cover though. It would be nice if there were some sort of spacers that could go under the ECU to raise it up (hint, hint).

No those are just high flow filters. The update kit it's intake spacres that completely remove the obstruction of the stock filter placementioned as well as they high flow and low profile filters
