You must be running coast to coast all the time to build up miles like that. You will definitely need the 7yr/135K warranty which is no longer available. On the other hand, you will run out of warranty before you know it with mileage increasing like that.

i got about 55K miles on mine now and no issues other than a bad key fob that was replaced under warranty.
15K of the miles have been under renntech tune
i have a CPO car too so my warranty is unlimited miles and expired 2018

however, i am not sure why you cant get a regular extended warranty? this dealership advertises it for AMG's

2015 AMG E63S 212
We picked up our '15 wagon in Germany in November '14 and put 3500 miles on it there. From January 2015 to February '16 we clocked another 20k. It's our only ride, and takes us from VT to FLA twice a year, 20+k a year is pretty normal for us. Our 2011 E350 wagon had 105k when I gave it to my daughter-in-law in Jan '15. Our 2002 320 wagon had 230k in 10 years, but it was a piece of junk compared to the last 2.

Like someone had mentioned, higher odometer reading due to mostly highway driving is way better than lower odometer reading due to mostly city driving.
