Finally took a few pics....my E63 I got a few months ago
Got rid of my beloved E55... which was really hard... and now the love affair starts all over again.
I just put some SLR reps on today... the only other things I've done are tint, the grille and the hood emblem (got rid of the upright star).
The only other things I *plan* on doing are blacking out the badges, a tune, a lip, and a diffuser.

We know how that *plan* stuff goes.

I'm digging it now that I can finally get it to hook up at all... It still had the original tires on it when I got it and I put some new Potenza's on it with the new wheels today.
Since I knew I was going to do a tune at minimum...I wasn't too worried about not having the P30 package. Honestly, I did kind of want the pano even with the extra weight... but finding white with black and the price I wanted with the miles as low... I had to jump on it.

If you don't mind me asking, how good was your deal?
I'll stay away from pano until technology exists to fuse a lighter material, ie polycarbonate, to metal. IMO, Pano also looks horrible from the outside when opened. The material for the pano's shade just don't block the heat very well.

So far, the 63 is all good. I don't plan on lowering it like I did the 55.
Good eyes... not many people notice that!
But apparently in the month and a half since I bought them, they've gone up over $1000. No joke. I got my set for $679 (he he! Steal of the century). And I was surprised at the quality and weight (so were the installers) so I'm not surprised the price has gone up like that.
And I'm not sure what amber bulb you're talking about... I haven't replaced any bulbs.
If I didn't have pano, since I like the black roof on white... I would probably do a gloss black high quality vinyl wrap to achieve the same effect
Nice house too!! Love that brick front

And thanks on the compliment on the house... gotta love Atlanta's cost of living (this place cost less than a small studio in Chicago - trust me) ...and dirty red clay... because that's what we turn into houses!

If you want any help or direction, pm me. I went through multiple iterations of crap stuff before I figured out exactly what to do. Now that I know and how easy it is, it would pain me to see anyone pay someone to do it. It's a great Sat. afternoon project that really doesn't cost as much people would think.
Whatever you do people... please... do not use that solar powered crap. No. Nope. NO.
And this is an AMG forum so sorry for taking it off track.
