If you let us know where you live, then we might have a more relevant answer. If you live by one of the major tuners for the E63, then it is usually advantageous to stay local. Otherwise, various users will simply recommend the recommend the company they chose.

Eurocharged would be your closest tuner since they are based in Houston, but I don't think they have a tune for the W212 4Matic E63s. The 3 main US tuners that have tunes for this car are AMS, Renntech and Weistec. All theses tunes have been out for quite some time and seem to be relatively reliable. I went with AMS because they were 30 minutes from my house and I was able to do a custom dyno tune to extract the most amount of safe power. From what I have heard, the Renntech tunes tend to be slightly more conservative, but at 600 awhp, the differences are minute. Price wise, I think the Wesitec is the cheapest at $2950, followed by AMS at $3000 and then Renntech (full tune not intermediate) at $3500. In the end, I would say that you can go wrong with any of these tuners.

There's also the rebellion automotive piggyback unit which I use and am pretty happy with. Folks have chimed in with solid 80 hp gains to the wheels. Also it might get you around instantly voiding your warranty.
If you are cool with voiding your powertrain warranty, then by all means mail your ecu to renntech/weistec/ams. They can also do things like turn off your o2 sensor codes so you can put downpipes in.
I'm going in for some dyno time soon to measure the difference between rebellion and no rebellion, and also seeing how much I can turn the unit up before I start seeing knock with 94 octane gas. I'd like to see parity with a flash tune.

How is altering the function of the ECU with a Rebellion unit not voiding your warranty? It maybe easier to revert back to stock, but if you re-flash your AMS or Renntech ECU back to stock, it will look the same as your ECU with Rebellion unit unplugged. Glad you are happy with your Rebellion purchase but please don't spread misinformation.
The rebellion unit fools the ECU into seeing normal boost numbers, so as far as its concerned everything is normal. It hijacks the cam advance, boost, map, and fuel pressure signals, and provides the ECU with normal signals.
I dunno, these motors seem pretty robust, and are assembled by fine craftsmen. I think aside from possible issues with resale value, They hold together very well with a tune/piggyback/whatever you decide to do with it.

Also would reverting back to a stock ECU and then reflashing to AMS or Renntech not require a re-tune as well?

Do they offer TCM tune with that?

I have been extremely satisfied with the workmanship and performance. They are located in the Chicagoland area.

as others have mentioned local is best, so for you in tx i would call up eurocharged as they can help you dial everything in tune-wise as you add more and more mods to the car.
I had their tune/products on my e55 and c63 (when i was in nashville) and they were great to deal with
i went with renntech on my e63s becasue they are local to me now that i am back in south FL and i can head over to their shop anytime i add an mods and need them to re-tune

Eurocharged does have a tune for the 14+ 4Matic models. I have a '14 E63S and got the Eurocharged tune. Stock (Mustang dyno) mine put down 534/561. Same dyno (with the Eurocharged tune) it put down 575/757.
