No but it would make them excuses and look for more excuses when some breaks. Not all but most don't care about the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
I my experience Air filters now a days are not that of a big deal, 20 years ago yes.

The car is a monster... with 2 of my friends in the car it is losing traction at 40mph.
If I may add Tony at Race IQ!! top notch service, every time call or text him I get a response.
I will try and dyno the car tuesday night, after dyno I will install speedriven downpipes and try and redyno Wed, as the tune is set up for downpipes.
weather permitting Friday night, the drag strip, the only thing that matters in my opinion..

I gained quite a bit under the peak but still gained 80+RWHP at peak

yeah that's what happens with downpipes on our cars... you pickup a few hp up top and more under the curve
i picked up 40-50whp under the curve but only ~20whp at peak w/addition of dps
going from stock to tuned should pickup ~80 whp

Not sure about your cars, but mine spends more time under the peak
you can not expect big peak gains with small turbo, As MB "engineers"
match them to the engine.
It also seems to me that most of this crowd needs a education.

But yet we do get large gains on most if not all tunes cars vs stock. I have used Tony's tunes in the past and he is good at what he does. What we are saying is your car may have already been tuned and the downpipe gains are all you are seeing after Tony retuned. Or maybe your stock tune numbers were very exaggerated for whatever reason or the other, while your post tune numbers are more in line with what it should have been.
