Best E63 AMG S Wagon for sale ad ever? (Montreal, QC)
Seems like a really good price. Importing cars from Canada to USA is not that difficult when the car is already offered in both markets. I even see Acura EL 1.6 and CSX here with USA state plates.
He needs more pictures up. Does Canada have a Carfax-like system?

Funny Ad, well written although at the end he went on and on about the Neighbor too much, hopefully he will not read the ad, could be WW3 otherwise. Ya, though, I dunno if the warrantee would be transferable from mb of Canada to mb of USA.

Here's the answer to the questions, it must be certified by a mb dealer for the remaining balance of the factory warranty to be valid in the USA, if it's a extended warranty it cannot be transferred into the USA and you cannot apply for your own MB extended warranty. http://www.mercedes-benz.ca/content/...lity.0001.html Like many have said, you really don't want to be driving these cars out of warranty as repairs can be very expensive, first thing I did on mine was buy the extended MB Warranty, so I'd look elsewhere if I were you, not worth the hassle and the no extended Warranty factor.

Yes...there is a Canada Carfax. If you are looking at a Canadian or imported Canadian car, make sure you get that Carfax. I bought my imported wagon with a "clean" Carfax, but they only included the US part. When I searched for the Canadian history, I found several repairs and service items (luckily, minor) that I would have never known about.
