Had BMW change my front discs (15" drilled steel) out at 49 kmi under warranty on my 2006 M5 Sedan. I let the car sit for three weeks during record snowfall while I was away I in Europe. Surface rust just never went away...vibrations, etc.
This set is still on the front, 76 kmi on them.

We got teslas out there in 2016 doing warp speed and technology still can't assist production of a non warping/uneven rotor???
