Carbon engine cover
I have the carbon appearance package on my 63 with carbon engine cover. Was the engine cover an extra option outside of the carbon package? How much was that option don't see it on my build sheet.

I have the S model which I think replaces the p30 of previous years. During my search I noticed most S versions didn't have carbon engine covers. This was actually the only one I found, thought it was bundled with the carbon appearance package

2016 E63s & 2016 S550
On my 2016 E63s the carbon fiber engine cover was a stand alone $1,500 option. I did get it on mine however I feel it's defiantly not worth extra cost and would not have included it if I had the choice.

I have it on my car and it was a stand alone option. I only get to see it when I change washer fluid. Bought mine CPO, so I didnt choose it. Kinda strange that the person selected the cover, but not the carbon fiber exterior package. I bet it was a mistake.
