How do you perform service reset?

Search youtube. several videos on there showing the sequence.

I already looked on youtube and google and tried resetting the service due on my 2014 E63. Pressing the phone and OK buttons from the odometer/trip screen doesn't work. I also tried resetting it through the ASSYST PLUS menu, that doesn't work either - it gives me option of sub menus.

Any other ideas? Thanks!

Works for me every time. Are you making sure you have "Mileage" showing? The other key thing is Press "Call" and within ONE millisecond press "OK".
